Finding the right clause or filling a return is slow and manual, and the people who know where everything lives become bottlenecks. Generative AI now makes it practical to ask plain-language questions of these documents and get reliable, sourced answers.
What we build
We build a retrieval-augmented assistant grounded strictly in your own documents. An OCR and extraction pipeline ingests scans and PDFs; content is indexed and made searchable; and a chat interface answers questions with citations back to the source page, so nothing is taken on trust.
The assistant can summarise long records, draft responses and pre-fill forms from extracted data — with a human approving before anything is submitted. It runs on your data, in your environment, with role-based access and a full audit trail.
Why it works — our proven foundation
This builds directly on delivery we have already done: digitising air-quality data, labs and a public grievance-redressal system for HPPCB, and a digital gas-nomination portal for GAIL.
